As a teacher I have directed specialist hospitality design courses with POLI.Design Politecnico di Milano, IED, European Institute of Design, and RAFFLES Moda e Design. also lecturer at the Lantao Institute in Beijing, at the University of Art and Architecture in Xiamen, at the Van Lang University in Ho Chi Minh city, and in many conferences in the sector. For me, teaching must be the true simulation of a real project: it must be credible, serious, tiring and successful like a real project must be. I don't have an academic attitude, I try to make students understand what our profession is like in reality, I honestly feel more like a fighter instructor than a professor.
